How can i increase my height naturally?

I’m 5.4″ and 20 years old. is it possible to increase my height about 2-3 inches?

    Yes you can. Here is how:

    1. Do regular hanging exercises

    Not many are aware of the fact that our height changes by an inch during the day? When we sleep, our spine stretches completely.
