Which is correct “I work nights” or “I work at night”?

Which one is correct or they both correct? I’m confused.

Both are correct and mean, relatively, the same thing.

To say “I work nights” implies that you routinely work at nights — that a nighttime shift is your normal schedule. To say “I work at night,” on the other hand, simply means you’re doing work during the nighttime.

    Grammatically, both are okay, though.
