You should know that you can only change your profile to page once.

Before doing that make sure you have backed up every bit of your profile, or downloaded your profile data to your hard drive.

Facebook will transfer your profile picture and cover photo to your page, the required tools to move the profile info to page will be available only for 14 days after conversion, you can have your friends to like your page directly.

When you click on the given link, browser will ask you to log into your facebook account if you’re not already and then click on Get Started and just follow the instructions that comes o the screen.
