First, you have to make niche account. Let’s say that your niche is healthy lifestyle.

Post daily about this subject, don’t post unrelated images.

Grow your following as much as possible. As soon as you have a good following (at least 10k), some brands will automatically ask you to advertise in your account. If not, you can contact them to offer a deal.

The price per post that they’ll pay will depend of the number of followers you have, more followers = more money you can charge per post. It’ll also depend on your engagement rate (average number of comments/likes per post).

Of course, the advertisements must be related to you niche, and it’s much easier if you are passionate about your niche. Don’t make the mistake of posting ads too often, it’d be very annoying for yor followers and you don’t want them to unfollow your account.
