It is easy to do this. You can hide the clear and obvious visibility of your Wi-Fi network to other devices (your SSID), as long as you could recognise your router and log into it. The steps should be like the following ones:

    1. Open http://192.168.1.1 in a browser. Log into your router.
    2. Go to “Advanced Settings”. Click “Wireless”. Select “Yes” under “Hide SSID”.
    3. Select “Save Settings” to finish the job.

Different routers have miner different options or expression. You might find out yours and the detailed guide in the article: How to Hide Your WiFi so Others Cannot Connect to It.

Here I give the tips, advice and procedure for yoga at home and to know more information about the yoga and their benefits visit this article.

How to start yoga at home?

What do you think is the first condition for starting yoga at home? Desire .

I’m serious. Desire is what guides our efforts, and also gives them more intensity. In fact, it is the desire to practice, to continue practice, to achieve success in yoga – it is precisely the guarantee that you will succeed. I am not kidding. This conclusion I made from my own experience, as well as from the observation of people with whom I communicated and whom I taught.

Farther. If you have the desire, the next step is information, or rather knowledge, because when it comes to yoga, it’s not just information, it’s something more that will give your life a new form with new content (hopefully!).

In other words, you need to find either a book (s), or a video tutorial on yoga, or a competent teacher. For each item (and, most likely, you may need all of them) you need to choose the best one, i.e. literature, video and a yoga instructor should be “authoritative”.

There is a nuance: although, in fact, yoga is a holistic system, today it exists in a variety of styles and forms, not all of which are suitable for beginners or none at all.

So, you need to get to know different schools and yoga styles, and choose the one that you like best. “How will I be able to determine which one suits me best if I do not skate at all in yoga?” You ask. To begin with, it’s enough just to look at different styles, and try. Then you will “feel” yourself, yours or not.

Speaking of birds, we are talking about home practice, i.e. about doing yoga at home. Hence, the option with the teacher is not suitable for everyone (individual lessons can significantly alleviate your wallet, though, and the sense of them can be much more).

So, if I want to do yoga at home, first of all I need books and videos.I myself once began to study books for a long time, I shoveled a lot of literature, and I can advise the following:

    1) Yoga and the health of modern man – almost an ideal book, containing the basic exercises for yoga at home.

Its plus is that, with a small amount, it contains all the basic information (theory and practice), including the necessary basic set of yoga poses, breathing exercises (pranayama), hints on meditative technique, and – most importantly – gives an approximate practice schedule , which will be simply super-useful for people who do not have experience in yoga, and therefore, not knowing how to practice yoga at home, and how to make a schedule of their practice.

    In general, must buy!

    2) Asana. Pranayama. Wise. Bandha. – a wonderful work of Satyananda Saraswati, the founder of the Bihar school of yoga.

    The book contains a fairly large set of asanas, with a detailed description of the techniques of their implementation and the effects of exposure to the body;

sequences of execution, as well as cleaning procedures.

In addition, the book gives some examples of sequences of postures, based on which you can already make up your yoga exercises at home for beginners.

This book, in my opinion, lacks only two things:

    • Descriptions of meditation techniques
    • More system timetable for yoga

This book is good for beginners, as well as for “continuing” their practice.

    3) Yoga Deepika (BCS Iyengar) – a serious work on yoga; contains a detailed description of the performance of about 200 poses of yoga, pranayama, as well as the theoretical part. This book also provides a global yoga course for self-mastering, designed for 360 weeks, if I remember correctly. It begins literally from the very beginning, and brings you to the state of brontosaurus yoga. One of the famous yogis in the territory of the former CIS as a child diligently pored over this book, and doktor to the state of current fame. Recommended for seriously-minded beginners.

Of course, there are other books, but these are the most complete and interesting ones. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention one more – Modern view on traditional yoga therapy , under the authorship of Swami Sivananda, and in the translation of Andrei Sidersky (also a famous yogi).

The book has a special charm of yogic traditionality combined with the tooth-splitting of Sidersky’s comments. But do not worry, the book is really great. The only significant drawback is the absence of any training program. But there is an interesting therapeutic index (in the previous two, too, there is, but not so detailed, I would say so).

As for the video, that is quality material from the same Sidersky, and even from many domestic yogis. Of the foreign there are David Svenson, Sharat Rangaswami, Kali Ray and others. Here you will need to look at how specific a yoga-video suits you – both for submitting material, and for the complexity of practice. For example, hatha yoga Iyengar fits most (as, indeed, the yoga of Shivananda and Satyananda), but Ashtanga vinyasa yoga Pattabhi Jois may be somewhat “too tough” because of the emphasis on power and dynamic performance.

In short, get acquainted with the material, and be inspired by the practice.

    What else might you need?

In fact, in addition to materials on yoga, only a rug is needed; but if you have problems with flexibility and balance, you can buy various yoga-props to support and stretch. But the most important thing is to follow two important rules from the very beginning:

    • Regularity
    • Graduality

Do yoga regularly (at least 3 times a week, and preferably every day), and in no case do not force your practice.

Yoga is not a competition, it is an individual way of developing the body and consciousness. Yoga is the way in which you form a new self (or a new self). If you go too fast, you can skip a lot of interesting things. True, if you can hardly drag along it or not move at all, you can never get to more interesting things. Here I have set out the necessary information, and now you should already have an idea of how to start doing yoga at home. So go ahead and with the song!

You can go to one of the many web sites devoted to teaching through video lessons. These employ a subscription model. They work as long as you are motivated and keep using them. But so many people begin to fall off use, but still pay the subscription every month, wasting money.

You can even use Youtube (which I do NOT recommend, because you won’t know if the teacher is any good).

But there is a downside to online learning. That downside is the “hands on” advantage in person lessons give you. Instant feedback on correcting technique that video lessons just cannot give you – otherwise each lesson would be three hours long, addressing every question and painstakingly walking you through correct technique to ensure you get it right.

    Who has three hours?

Granted, in person lessons are more expensive. But you are paying for expertise and clear instruction, correction of bad habits and technique and so many other things you will never get with online video lessons.

You can do weekly, the most expensive. Or you can do bi-weekly, which helps offset the cost.

However, if you must do online video lessons, do the research and make sure you are going with the best fit for you. Many subscription sites give you free trial for 30–90 days. This is a good way to test it all out.

I have purposely avoided pointing you to any sites, because I do not endorse one site above another. I will not enter bias into your evaluation of sites and how they may work for you.

ADDENDUM: Taking lessons via Skype, is the next best thing to in person. With decent camera, the teacher can see what you’re doing and make corrective suggestions if required. It sucks you cannot play together due to latency, but that is a minor issue with solutions to overcome the problem.

I teach via Skype and have no problem communicating everything as I do with in person lessons. You’ll probably still pay the same rate as face to face, but it is worth it because you’re getting the instant feedback you need to correct bad technique.

And one cool thing with Skype…you can record video to see how it should be done. The student can record you and now have a “demostration video” to reference…with description and everything.

The only fully general answer to this question is to write the exact same program yourself but leave out the copy protection. This always works, and technically answers the question. We’ll call this method #1. I call this the “method that requires you to not be lazy.” It is clearly inappropriate.

So let’s talk about method #2, which is usually called “cracking.” Most of the time, you will need to have access to an already-working copy of the software so you can see what is supposed to happen; this might mean you have to buy it. It might be possible without buying it first, but it is much harder.

Firstly, it is important that you understand how computer programs actually work. I don’t mean knowing how to write Java, or Python, or even C. That is knowing how to make a program. Most programmers have a pretty vague understanding of what happens to execute the program after they are done writing it, and that is the area where you have to become an expert.

Eventually, all programs are running machine code, and you need to learn machine code. Consider learning x86 Assembly, at least well enough to write some trivial examples and to read machine code and know what it’s doing. Learn about interrupts, registers, call stacks, conditional jumps, memory layout, memory mapped hardware access, and tracing running binaries.

Next, you need the ability to interrupt, read, and modify a running program; such a tool is called a debugger, because of its intended use. Windbg is the main one that Microsoft uses for debugging their operating system, and it’s free. These days, more elaborate copy protection might try to defeat you by detecting the presence of a debugger, but that just makes it harder, not impossible.

Ultimately, your goal is to skip or modify the piece of the software that’s designed to keep you from using it for free, while leaving all the other bits working. This is surprisingly difficult; some years ago, we heard from a user on our forum who was having problems with our software. It was a very strange bug. It eventually turned out that he had pirated it, but the pirate had done a very bad job and had broken some important things. We suggested he fix the problem by, y’know, purchasing the software maybe? It was a bit baffling, because our copy protection was lame and easy to circumvent, yet somehow the pirate managed to screw it up. You do have to admire the sheer chutzpah of someone trying to get tech support for a pirated version, though.

Unfortunately for you, a lot of modern software has been abandoning local copy protection in favor of putting part of the program on a remote server. Unless you can steal that remote software somehow (difficult/dangerous/may require leaving basement), you are going to have to figure out what it’s doing and emulate that part yourself, from scratch (see method #1). They are betting that will take a while, which is why such software takes so long to crack. If you do try and reverse engineer the online portion, you will need to look up Wireshark, a tool for monitoring network traffic, and learn how to use it.

Of course, given all that work you just did to become an expert on the internals of the computer, you might now be employable writing low-level software, such as device drivers, virus scanners, security monitors, copy protection, debuggers, etc. Such jobs are usually well-paid, which leads to method #3: Just buy the frickin’ software. Seriously.
