What I would do is get very little sleep and do something that involves moving. IE working out, running, or even walking. By noon I would be really tired but I wouldn’t go to sleep yet. I would then stay up until about 9–10 and then listen to something relaxing. I listen to ASMR and that helps me to fall asleep.
If you don’t know what it is try looking it up. I like to listen to tapping videos as that gives me massive tingles. Try experimenting until you find a sound that gives you tingles.
As to how long you should stay up stay up until 3–5. Then sleep for an hour or two. Wake up and do what I suggested.
