You need to disable pop-ups. 

Firefox

1. Select Tools from the Mozilla Firefox taskbar
2. Select Options from the drop-down menu
3. Select Content from the Options dialog box
4. To disable all pop-ups, check the Block pop-up windows radio button
5. Select Close

Google Chrome

1. Click the Chrome menu
   

   on the browser toolbar.

2. Select Settings.
3. Click Show advanced settings.
4. in the “Privacy” section, click the Content settings button.

Internet Explorer

1. Click Tools menu
   • Press Alt-T if you don’t see a menu
2. Click Internet Options
3. Click Privacy tab
4. Under Pop-up Blocker, Check Turn on Pop-up Blocker
5. Click OK
