After creating a Windows 10 boot USB[1], set the boot order in your BIOS to choose the USB drive first or select a temporary startup device and choose USB device.
The process for setting a temporary boot device varies widely by hardware. It might be F12, F8, F9 or F2, depending on the hardware. There is usually a banner with some clue. Best to look up you computer or motherboard model number to see if it is not obvious from the boot splash screen.
