Yes, it’s very straightforward per the previous answers in most versions of PS. But I was trying to help a friend create a Color Balance adjustment layer in PS Elements and never could figure it out. Apparently Elements has a very different design. Also (IMO) another case where Lightroom would have been by far the better tool for the job since all my friend wanted to do correct white balance. Of course this is doable in PS (tho maybe not in Elements) if you know what you’re doing, but it’s snap simple in LR.
