Dont know much technical details if you are asking, but if your wifi signals are not good or the internet provider is not providing the steady connection you might face this problem. From my experience:

1. you are not in the range
2. your router is gone or at a place where there is no ventilation.
3. your wire from wifi provider, got a cut or loose at joints
4. your device have problem, check with a diffreent device also
